Refunds and Exchanges

If your order is delayed, damaged, missing, or has not been received, you may request a full refund for all affected items.

We offer exchanges and returns in the instance that a product is not a perfect fit. To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at emphesia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, and the size required (for exchanges).

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
